WHAT IS LA SABINA?
As the day settles in, MillCross Coffee Roasters becomes La Sabina Wine Bar — our evening wine bar resides within the café you already know and love. Built around natural wines and thoughtful producers, La Sabina is a place to slow down, share a table, and stay a little longer. Expect rotating bottles, small seasonal bites, pop-ups from friends and collaborators, live music, and the occasional jazz night that carries the room into the evening.
It’s relaxed, neighborhood-driven, and intentionally unpretentious — where daily espresso energy gives way to candlelight, conversation, and a really good glass of wine.
